Contraventions of the Law

The occupational pension trust established in South Australia on the 23 December 1913 was administered by honest trustees for seven decades, until 20 December 1982, when there was a loss of lawful governance of the fund.

However once dishonest persons gained control of this trust and the associate Trust Estate (“the Fund“) this set in train the contravention of multiple laws, both with respect to the fraud itself and the subsequent attempted cover-up.The most significant contravention is the fraudulent Breach of Trust related to the fraudulent purported Deed of Variation dated 26 August 1986 – the “Jarrett Deed“.

More information of the “Jarrett Deed” can be found here.

There is no “Limitation of Actions” period for a fraudulent Breach of Trust related to a trust established in South Australia.
